Project_07: Every Day Sights
This four-week program engages older adult students in the vibrant world of street art, from its roots in political graffiti and subway murals to its place in today’s urban culture. Students will explore the history, techniques, and themes of notable street artists, both globally and locally in Los Angeles, before creating their own street-art inspired works. The course will move from history to design to hands-on workshops, giving participants tools to use as a form of personal and social expression.
The program will culminate in a gallery open to the public on November 15, 2025.
